The Fia European Championship is coming to the end on the Le Mans circuit, France, the weekend of the 19th-21st of July, with the fourth and last round for the OK and OK-Junior classes. The CRG Racing Team will be racing in Junior with Pons ad in OK with Hiltbrand, Bortoleto and Fontecha.
Both Hiltbrand and Bortoleto were already among the protagonists in Angerville, Genk and Kristianstad, so now in Le Mans they will have the opportunity to make an excellent race and improve their ranking position, even if it doesn’t reflect what the drivers deserved. Hiltbrand is currently in 7th place with 28 points and Bortoleto in 10th with 22 points. The Spanish Ayrton Fontecha is racing with CRG in OK as well, and he will also try to score points for the Championship. Kas Haverkort will be racing in OK with the CRG Keijzer Racing team, back from a nice race at the DKM in Kerpen.
In OK-Junior, CRG has made official the interruption of the collaboration with Enzo Trulli, as jointly agreed, and for this category the racing team will line up Lucas Pons.
The race schedule will be the following: qualifying practice on Friday afternoon since 5.15 pm, qualifying heats on Saturday and Sunday morning, OK Junior Final on Sunday at 2.40 pm and OK Final at 5.30 pm, in live streaming on www.cikfia.com
