The first data that emerged a few weeks after the registration opening date for the 2024 Rental Kart World Contest, which will take place in Cremona (Italy) on 5th and 6th October, indicate a turnout of drivers of many different nationalities. Austria, Sweden, Spain, Brazil, Portugal, United States, Denmark, Greece and Italy are the countries currently represented, which will soon be joined by drivers from Romania, China, Germany and the Netherlands, for an entry list that will be truly international, representing in the best way all global Rental Kart enthusiasts.
It is worth saying that the registered drivers will face a Sprint race format in the style of international meetings with Free Practice, Qualifying Practice, Heats, Super Heat and Finals. The winners of the Contest will be determined by the sum of the scores obtained in each phase of the 2 days of scheduled competitions. There will be 3 categories admitted: Junior for your drivers aged 14 to 17, Pro for adults and Silver for drivers over 45 years old and/or weighing more than 85 kg. Every type of driver, from the very expert one to the simple amateur, will have its own category and will face two days of fun and competitive races. There will also be a special award ceremony for the women competing in each category.
The event will take place with a fleet of brand-new CRG Centurion Karts and drivers will draw a different kart each time they enter the track. The Rental Kart World Contest will be a great celebration of the Rental Kart world, with many races on the track and many high-level services for all participants outside the track itself, starting from the paddock club which will be set up for drivers and team managers.
The Organizing Secretariat of the event is active to give every type of support to the groups of drivers who are registering and would like to remind everyone about the maximum number of registrations that will be accepted: 36 drivers in the Junior category and 72 in each of the two Silver and Pro ones.
