This week Rounds 3 and 4 of the WSK Super Master Series are taking place on the Adria track, with a never seen format on 7 days. The CRG official team decided not to race with Mini, Junior and OK drivers, as there will be no FIA events on this track for these categories, postponing to next week their return on track in Sarno, where they will work in view of the FIA European Championship on August 23rd.
In Adria, the CRG Racing Team will have 3 KZ drivers (Paolo Ippolito, Brandon Nilsson and Jan Pokos) working for the European Championship scheduled on this track on August 16th. About the race format, qualification phases (qualifying practice and heats) of both rounds will take place from Tuesday to Friday, whilst Finals of Round 3 will be on Saturday and Round 4 on Sunday. It is a dense program for drivers, thought to recover races canceled for the lockdown, but very demanding in terms of physical preparation (for drivers and technical staff) and economic commitment. These considerations played a role in deciding to reduce the team for this race.
