The 24 Hours Karting of Italy is one of the most important international meetings for 4-stroke Endurance Kart. The event is organized by CRG which provides the teams with brand new CRG Centurion karts and a complete package of services ranging from technical assistance to logistics, including the pits, track services and communication. The first edition of this prestigious event took place in Adria (Italy) in 2018 and the Venetian track subsequently hosted the 2019, 2020 and 2021 editions. The 2022 race, on the other hand, for the first time will be hosted by the 7 Laghi Track of Castelletto di Branduzzo on June, 25-26. The 7 Laghi track is among the most important in Italy: it has an ideal layout for karts equipped with 4-stroke engines and has hosted prestigious meetings of International Karting. Over 40 teams participate in the event every year (consisting of a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 10 drivers) divided into two categories: “PRO” and SILVER for the more amateur teams. Among the strengths of the event there are certainly the CRG karts used in the race, always new and assigned by drawing lots to the teams that will manage them throughout the event, as it happens in professional races. Among the important pluses there is also the efficient technical assistance provided to all the teams by the CRG racing department, the track services that include the hotel rooms and a bar-restaurant always open, the equipped box structures and an impressive promotion program that includes live streaming of the event and a TV studio for interviews with the protagonists on the track.
Taking part in this event is an incredible experience and it’s cheaper than you think. Ask for more information to the Organizing Secretariat: +39.030.9912604 – marketing@kartcrg.com

SPAIN, GERMANY AND FRANCE SHARE THE PODIUM OF THE 24 HOURS IN ADRIA
The Spanish team CH-T Gold of Piñeiro, Alcaraz, Garcia and Risitano won a spectacular edition of the 24 Hours Karting of Italy with 40 teams coming from all over the world. In the Silver category the Italian team Bolza Corse won the race.
The 2nd edition of the 24 Hours Karting of Italy ended with emotions and a great show, thanks to the record number of 40 teams and over 250 drivers representing 15 different countries.
The drivers parade took place on the finishing straight, after the qualifying practice, giving an incredible view and the same images were broadcasted worldwide, thanks to the live streaming, that followed the whole race until the prizegiving ceremony, on CRG’s web and social channels.
Concerning the organization, the event was a great success, favoured by the location of the Adria circuit, unique in the world for its facilities, as masonry boxes, hotel rooms for the teams and several added values, as the incredible lighting system and the video control on track.
From the sporting point of view, more than 10 teams were able to fight for the podium in both categories (Pro and Silver) and in the end, strategies made the difference as well as the ability in managing the kart from the technical point of view. The race was spectacular, thanks to the regulation that left the strategies free and, under the chequered flag, the gap between the winner, the Spanish team CH-T Gold of Piñeiro, Alcaraz, Garcia and Risitano, and the German team Schnitzelalm Racing of Kieslich, Schumann, Linke, Seidel, Gruebel e Moelgen, was only 8 seconds.
A 24 Hours decided at fotofinish also for the 3rd place, where the French team Cinecascade by Skof of Hamrouini, Bouvier, Urbani and Delien finished ahead of the Czech team Okkart Blue of Mateju, Burger, Kocka, Pytilk, Chamola and Dorcikova for 50”.
Red Racing (winner of the 2018 Rental Kart World Contest) ended in 5th place, first Italian team, that lost the chance to fight for the podium only for a problem while refuelling. The top ten is completed by the Team Nutria in 6th place, PKI and PFV in 7th place, then the Pomposa Dream Team and Lamone Corse, respectively 8th and 9th.
In 10th place Bolza Corse with an outstanding race, winner of the Silver Cup category, that had 5 more pit stops than the “pro” category. Then, excellent 11th place for Thunderbolt, that finished ahead of Gas RT after a nice recovery. The Spanish team CH-T Silver ended in 13th place achieving the 2nd place of the Silver Cup, ahead of DMS Motorsport, Titti’s Fuoriserie (3rd in the Silver Cup) and Lhasa-Zena Karting.
To be pointed out the performance of the Team Bermuda (one of the teams coming the most far away), ended in 29th place, so as the best of the 3 Chinese teams (China GZ), ended in 31st place.
Marco Angeletti of CRG’s marketing makes a balance of the 2019 edition: “The feedback received from the teams about the event was incredible, both concerning the technical point of view about our Centurion karts, as well as regarding the organization. The karts have an excellent reliability and drivers like their driving sensation. About the organization, I think we placed this event among the most important ones at international level for this kind of races, both for the contribution provided by the Adria raceway with its excellent facilities, and for our organising committee, that this year added the long live streaming, able to give the event a visibility in over 25 countries in the world, thanks to the drivers’ sharing. The 24 Hours of Adria, as well as the Rental Kart World Contest, is the feather in the cap of the agonistic and promotional activities to support our rental products and we are very happy of the feedback we are receiving, so that in 2020 we are thinking about opening the entry list up to 44 or 46 teams after the great success of this edition. We are already at work to guarantee the teams a further step in reliability, especially for what concerns the engines that, being of industrial origin, require a lot of commitment to offer balance and reliability in terms of performance.”
The protagonists’ comments:
Ramon Piñeiro (team CH-T Gold): “It was a beautiful race, we had a good strategy, no technical problems with the kart and in the end, we could control the small advantage we had on the Schnitzelalm Racing team, that made an incredible race as well and constantly kept us under pressure. It is a very well-organized event by CRG and especially with karts fun to drive.”
Miko Bouvier (team Cinecascade by Skof): “The CRG kart is fantastic to drive, it gives a wonderful driving sensation and it is very fun. Then the race was very well organized, everything was fantastic, including the Adria track and its facilities. Even this year we finished on the podium and we missed the victory for some problems occurred during the first part of the night, but next year we will come back to fight for P1.”
Luca Bimbati (team Bolza Corse): “The 24 Hours of Adria this year was definitely our best endurance race ever, we worked perfectly both on track and in the pits, splitting day and night. No mistakes and a good speed paid off on long distance, allowing us to recover from the 4th place to the victory in our category. I guess Bolza Corse couldn’t have a better debut!”

THE 24 HOURS OF ITALY 2019 PRESENTED
The event will take place in Adria on March 30th-31st and it will be broadcasted in live streaming. Over 40 teams are attended from all over the world.
CRG revealed its plans for the organization of the 24 Hours of Italy 2019, one of the most prestigious and awaited Endurance events in the international panorama, that will be run with CRG Centurion 390cc karts on the Adria track on March 30th-31st.
The great innovation of the 2019 edition will be the long live streaming, about 28 hours, that will broadcast images from the circuit with the comment of the official announcer, the results and the interviews of the drivers.
The broadcasting will start from Saturday’s Drivers Parade in the morning until Sunday’s prize-giving ceremony in the afternoon and will be available on CRG’s website and Facebook’s official page, so that each driver can share the live streaming on his social channels.
Such a worldwide visibility for the teams has never been reached before. After the 2018 great success, all the organization aspects have been confirmed for what concerns the race format and circuit. The karts employed will be the CRG Centurion 390cc, all brand new and handled by the CRG’s Racing Team.
Also the Adria circuit has been confirmed, considered the best location in the world for such a demanding race by all the team managers and drivers, both for the incredible lighting system, the latest generation track layout and the services offered, as the masonry boxes, hotel rooms above the pit lane (each team will have the possibility to book one room) and the race direction with over 20 cameras to keep the track under video control. The Adria raceway is one of the most prestigious tracks in international karting, hosting many WSK races and European Championships. The organization expects about 40 teams coming from all over the world, including Central and South America and China. In terms of sporting regulation, the strategies will be quite open and there will be 2 categories: Pro for the most competitive teams and the Silver Cup for amateur teams. The registrations will open on December 17th and will close when reaching the 40 available places. The entry fee will be of Euro 2.300 + VAT.

BAC-PKI (PRO) AND THE ALLIANZ TEAM (SILVER) ARE THE WINNERS OF THE ADRIA 24 HOURS KARTING RACE
It’s been a great edition of the 24 Hours Karting of Italy on the Adria Raceway happened on October 17th and 18th. Despite the Covid restrictions that didn’t allow the foreign teams to travel to Italy, 29 teams took part to the competition putting on an exceptional show. The BAC-PKI Team made up by Denis Furlan, Andrea Rocco, Fabiano Bottosso, Marco Bortoluzzi, Andrea Riva, Riccardo Melas and Carlo Alberto Cappello won with big merit and great advantage the 2020 edition with 1266 laps in 24 hours. As for the 2nd and 4th place there were two arrivals at the fotofinish, which is normally very rare for a 24 hours race, and which proves the great balance between the team and the karts on the track. As for the 2nd place, the Pomposa Dream Team preceded the Orza Group / Lorenz Petronas by only 128 thousandths, while the Zena Karting won the 4th position for 511 thousandths on Team Thunderbolt. Afterwards, great 6th place for the RKS Team that preceded the French NTKart Team. The Allianz Team (Ambrogio Canavesi, Matteo Marini, Federico Zanette, Sebastiano Galiazzo, Federico Gargano, Carlo Pasquino and Gabriele Gargano) ranked 8th overall, winning the special Silver ranking ahead of the Prost Racing Team and Bolza Corse. The Volmar and the Gas RT are also present within the top ten ranking, respectively 9th and 10th in the standings. From a sports point of view, the DMS Team was forced to be excluded from the top ten due to a technical motor issue, as well as some other setbacks during the night that slowed down the Nutria and Miout Teams, respectively 11th and 12th under the chequered flag. The Next Gen Team took part to the event too, raising funds to support Unicef, and saw Davide Valsecchi and Vicky Piria at the wheel, among others.
From an organizational point of view, the “classic” of the Endurance karting promoted by CRG was confirmed to be one of reference events at international level. The CRG Centurion karts‘ performance has been reliable and strongly balanced as always, as the arrivals at the fotofinish and the minimum gaps in qualification could ascertain. Most of all, lots of positive feedbacks on the karts have been gathered by the pilots thanks to the feeling they guarantee to the driving performance. The overall organization behind the event was also excellent, as well as the Adria Raceway that is probably the best location in the world to host such a demanding event, thanks to its great logistical structures that offers to the teams.
As for the past year, also the long live streaming of the event was of great success with thousands of spectators and sharings on social media. The overall balance for CRG has once again been very positive, despite the absence of many foreign teams and the obvious safety restrictions that, for example, didn’t allow to put the traditional “Drivers Parade” into place. About this, it must be said that all the teams collaborated with the organization in a constructive way, in order to respect all the safety criteria both in the paddock and in the common areas. In addition, the all behaved very well on track, where the race supervision had to inflict 3 stop and go only.
The 24 Hours Karting of Italy has already been confirmed also for 2021 on the Adria Raceway and the date will soon be officialized.

24H KARTING 2021: GREAT SHOW IN ADRIA WITH 40 TEAMS ATTENDING THE RACE
It has been a fantastic edition of the 24 Hours Karting of Italy, the one which took place on the Adria Raceway track from June 4th to 6th. The 4th appointment overall of this event organized and promoted by CRG with its CRG Centurion karts, has once again proved to be a key competitive meeting for international endurance karting.
40 teams from 12 different countries challenged each other on the track and after 24 exciting and eventful hours, also thanks to a bit of rain that fell during the night, the victory went to the Italian GFT Racing team led by Gabriele Meda with Giorgio Ganciu, Michele Suardi, Daniele Cervaro, Mattia Castelletti, Stefano Pallavicini and Orlando Sidoti behind the wheel, while in the SILVER ranking it was the Chioggia Kart team of Nicola Santi, Mauro Varotto, Demetrio Polauszach, Nicola Fortin, Mattia Massarotto and Michael Nalesso who won. The Italian GFT crew, made up of drivers who boast a very high profile resume in endurance races, covered 1263 laps ahead of the BAC-PKI squad, led by Denis Furlan and Thomas Bruseghin, who put Fabiano Bottosso, Marco Bortoluzzi, Andrea Rocco, Andrea Riva, Carlo Capello and Claudio Ferraresso on the track and who were the winners of the last edition, but also the authors of the pole position in the Super Pole on Saturday morning.
In 3rd place, Lorenzo Beretta’s DMS Motorsport team, made of Stefano Perseghin, Francesco Russo, Davide Trombetta, Mario Villa and Claudio Biffi, which also finished just 26 ”from BAC-PKI, while the Belgian team Racing 4 Belgium Black got P4 in the end. The crew composed by Simon Delvenne, Guillaume Germis, Maverick Dessy and Maxime Drion has long been fighting for the podium and made it to the finish line in front of Zena SMO, the first of the 5 teams lined up by the Ligurian squad, made up of Wesley Bettinelli, Lorenzo Vailati, Matteo Roncaglio, Andrea Bigioggera and Davide Balbo. The French NTKart Pro team of Ugo Nastasi, Freddy Bruni, Arnaud Hemricourt and Dimitri Duszynski finished the race in 6th position: they drove the race for a long time in the first 10 hours, before an engine failure stopped them on the track in the first night hours. Their comeback after the engine change was incredible, but it didn’t allow them to get back into the fight for the podium. Behind the French team, Team Nutria (Gilberto, Mazzarolo, Giordano, Prati, Pero and Carraro), a historic endurance karting team, who achieved an excellent placement in the top ten, like Chioggia Kart, which finished in 8th absolute position, ahead of Zena Warriors in 9th place and the Pomposa Dream Team in 10th position.
For what concerns the SILVER ranking, the victory went to Chioggia Kart as mentioned before. From the very first stages, the team has fought with Scuola Karting Abruzzo Academy and Zena ODR Panther. In the last part of the race Chioggia Kart slightly stretched on Zena ODR Panther, who obtained 2nd place, while Scuola Karting Abruzzo Academy, which had suffered some technical problems in the first part of the night, slipping up to 4th place in its category, made it to the 3rd step of the podium, making good use of the race phase with the rain and the last hours, when they controlled the MGS team. In 5th place the Tutela Legale team closed with an exceptional comeback, slowed down in the first hours of the race by a double stop due to a problem with the accelerator leverage, but then able to climb up more than 15 positions, with a race pace equivalent to the top teams. Afterwards, again in the SILVER ranking, the RKS Exp team got 6th place, the Gas Master one finished 7th and the top ten was completed by Bolza Corse, RKS and Riders.
The event was broadcast in live streaming with 4 different video connection from the track and was covered with many communication activities by the CRG press office. The organizational balance was very positive, also thanks to the excellent services that the Adria circuit can offer for this type of event: from the hotel rooms above the pit lane for the teams, the comfort of the pits, the over 20 cameras available to the Race Direction to monitor the action on the track and the exceptional lighting system for the night.
We will just point out for the record that it was never necessary to deploy the Safety Car (the powerful BMW M235i xDrive Gran Coupé supplied by Auto Vergiate), not even during the almost two hours of rain that fell during the night, as the race direction wanted to leave the teams the opportunity to compete on the track, as safety conditions were not missing.
For all the rankings and images of the 24 Hours Karting of Italy it is possible to visit the dedicated section of the official CRG website and follow the CRG Factory and 24 Hours Karting of Italy social channels.

CRG 24 HOURS KARTING MOVES TO CASTELLETTO DI BRANDUZZO
Following the confirmation that the reopening of the Adria track will be anything but short, CRG has formalized the relocation for its 24 hour Karting, confirming the new venue at the 7 Laghi track in Castelletto di Branduzzo. At the same time, to reconcile the calendars, it was also necessary to change the date, moving the event initially scheduled on 12th June to the weekend of 25th and 26th June. The format of the event will not be changed as well as the regulation, which provides for the technical mono-management of the CRG Centurion karts equipped with a Honda engine by the CRG racing department.
The CRG Marketing Team had to choose among the alternative options available for a change of venue and the 7 Laghi track goes very well with the type of 4-stroke kart used for this kind of event. One of the factors of this choice is certainly the existence of the Motel 7 Laghi, which gives the teams an important logistical support for the night. This is a priority detail and for sure a very appreciated plus in such a demanding event, especially for those teams that come from abroad.
The circuit structures in general lend themselves well to this type of event, considering that the bar will operate 24 hours with the track terrace and an excellent box area that will be set up in the parc fermè. The 7 Laghi circuit has hosted international level meetings and is equipped with track control via a race direction with dozens of cameras.
The Organization also hopes that thanks to the closeness to Milan and a so central and strategic location will also bring new teams to an already rich entry list, including foreign ones. From this point of view, the gradual easing of anti-Covid measures will also have a positive effect, which, after the difficult two-year measures, should no longer affect the event, and many teams from abroad will be able to be back as protagonists of the race.
CRG will provide all teams with brand new CRG Centurion karts equipped with 390cc engines that will be assigned by drawing lots at the start of the race and that the teams will have to manage throughout the event, with centralized assistance by the CRG racing department. These karts are highly appreciated by drivers for the driving feeling they can offer, very similar to the one of a real competition kart, as well as for their quality and technology.
For what concerns the communication, CRG confirmed its coverage with live streaming of the event for over 12 hours live and is planning other entertainment initiatives on the sidelines of the race.
Registrations are regularly open and we remind you that the entry fee with the ALL Inclusive 2022 formula has been set at Euro 2.600,00 per team. The registration fee includes the rental of the kart, consumables (oil, fuel and tires), all spare parts, technical assistance provided by CRG staff and track services.
On Friday there will be an optional extra session from 18:00 to 19:00 at a cost of € 120.00 per team.
As in the past there will be two categories in the race: “PRO” for the more experienced crews that will have 30 mandatory driver changes and “SILVER”, for the more amateur crews, that will have to make 35 of them. Every team can be composed of a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 10 drivers.
